Goods Electric, Heating, & Air is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician who aligns with our core values and commitment to excellence. In this role, you’ll provide top‑notch HVAC services while delivering exceptional customer care, helping us create safe and reliable solutions for our customers.

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician running your own truck with 3 or more years of experience in the field or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Associate’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar, Gmail, etc.), Microsoft Office, and Dropbox, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to upholding the company’s values.
