At Goods Electric, Heating & Air, you'll run your own fully equipped service truck, maintain residential heating and cooling systems, and be supported by experienced technicians who want to see you succeed.

This isn't just a maintenance job. It's a path to becoming a skilled HVAC Service Technician.

• Perform residential HVAC maintenance and safety inspections.
• Identify equipment concerns and communicate solutions to homeowners.
• Recognize when additional diagnostics or repairs are needed.
• Deliver friendly, professional service that earns customer trust.
• Build your diagnostic and repair skills through hands-on coaching.

• $20–$25/hour, paid weekly, plus eligible overtime.
• Company service truck and gas card.
• Paid training and career advancement opportunities.
• $529/month healthcare reimbursement allowance after 30 days.
• 10 days PTO annually to start, increasing with tenure.
• 6 paid holidays plus a paid birthday off.
• Simple IRA with 3% company match after one year.
• Company-provided tools, uniforms, and laundry service.

• Some HVAC experience or trade school training preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ready to perform routine maintenance independently with team support.
• Professional, dependable, and comfortable with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license.

Our goal is to help you advance into a fully skilled HVAC Service Technician role within approximately 6–12 months, based on your development and readiness.
