Oaks Dumpster Rental is seeking reliable and safety-focused full time CDL A or B Local Roll-Off Truck Drivers in Youngstown, OH to join our growing team. The role involves operating roll-off trucks for the delivery, pick-up, and dumping of dumpsters across the region. If you have roll-off or dump truck experience and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

• Operate roll-off trucks to deliver, remove, and service dumpsters at customer sites
• Dump loads at authorized disposal locations in compliance with DOT regulations
• Interact professionally with customers and represent the company in a respectful and courteous manner
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of assigned trucks and equipment
• Follow daily route assignments and update dispatch via smartphone communication
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections in compliance with company and DOT standards
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have CDL A or B license
• Must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
• Roll-off or dump truck experience strongly preferred
• Must be able to lift, climb, and secure loads on dumpsters
• No DUI/DWI in last 5 years
• Must meet Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius:
  Drivers must live within 50 miles of Youngstown, OH or be willing to relocate for this position

• Hourly pay rate: $25 - $30
• Average hours weekly: 40 - 45
• Overtime pay after 40 hours

  Secure dumpster contents using tie-downs or tarps as needed (automatic tarp system provided)
