Benefits- Full‑time employment plus potential overtime. Employees are paid at an hourly rate plus time and one‑half for overtime hours worked.
- Work weeks can vary from 5‑8 hour days to 4‑10 hour days for the employee’s regular schedule.

CoreJob Duties & Responsibilities
- Trailer Movement:
Safely and efficiently back tractor trailers into the pit for loading and pull trailers around the building and onto the scale. - Logistical Support:
Assist the Transfer Station Loader by ensuring proper trailer staging. - Equipment Operation:
Safely operate heavy equipment as needed, including forklifts, front loaders, and backhoes. - Tarping:
Securely tarp loaded trailers as they are done being filled. - Housekeeping & Safety:
Maintain general housekeeping. Periodically throughout the day and at the end of the shift, ensure the work area is free of all loose waste and materials.
- Driving
Experience:
Must be experienced in hauling trailers and able to operate a manual transmission truck. - Licensing:
Must possess a valid driver’s license, CDL is NOT required. - Work Ethic:
Must be a dependable, self‑motivated individual. - Equipment
Experience:
Prior experience operating other heavy equipment, such as backhoes, skid steers, and forklifts is a strong plus. - Safety Gear:
Employees must provide their own safety‑approved work boots.
Work Environment Requirements
- Outdoor Work:
This job is performed outdoors. Employees are subject to all weather elements daily, including heat, sun, rain, snow, and wind. - Physical Demands:
The role requires the ability to sit/stand, walk, climb, bend/twist, push/pull, stoop, kneel, crouch/squat. - Lifting:
Ability to carry up to 50 lbs is required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday (dayshift), except for holidays and scheduled Saturday rotation (expected 1 to 2 times a month depending on month).
Hours:
Expected 40 hours – with possibility of overtime.
CDL:
Is NOT required (Commercial Driver's License).
