SCOPEThe Shipping Coordinator at Gasser Chair ensures the efficient and timely shipment and delivery of orders, playing a crucial role in the supply chain process. This position is responsible for managing daily shipping operations, coordinating with carriers, processing orders, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The Shipping Coordinator also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance shipping processes and overall operational efficiency.

Specific responsibilities of this position will include, but will not be limited to:
The Shipping Coordinator at Gasser Chair is expected to perform job duties that involve the ability to speak fluent English, sitting for extended periods, and working at a computer workstation. Regularly required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and prolonged periods of standing or walking within the warehouse environment. Proficient manual dexterity is essential for tasks such as typing, handling documents, and operating electronic devices.
The ability to work in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures is also necessary.
