The Service Technician will safely and efficiently deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.

• Have ability to operate delivery semi-trucks and trailers.
• Required to load tankers from designated railcars required for delivery.
• Transports loads safely and in a timely manner over required routes, obeying all traffic laws and observing all safety regulations.
• Deftly maneuvers truck and trailer into loading and unloading areas; follows loading crew signals.
• Proficient knowledge for unloading products from tanker at designated delivery point.
• Maintain signed invoices, shipping bills of lading, and other required paperwork; deliver documentation to the shipping office or other appropriate staff when delivery route is complete.
• Ability to order and track accurate product inventories, i.e. order and track railcars maintain accurate records if supervisor is unavailable.
• Facilitates routine service on trucks, which may include checking oil, water, gasoline, and air, reports maintenance malfunctions to proper Maintenance Supervisor.
• Provide routine maintenance for pet-coke conveyor system, i.e. thorough inspections, greasing, belt adjustments, motors replacement, cleaning, etc.
• Able to work as a general laborer if there are no deliveries to be made by performing other related duties i.e. housekeeping, trailer maintenance, hose repair/replacement, and other facets of the job as necessary.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to speak professionally and courteously with customers and staff at delivery points.
• Must possess the required driver’s license appropriate for vehicle to be operated and possess a reliable vehicle.
• Must be able to operate forklift if required.
• Must be able to operate Conveyance equipment when required.
• Must possess proficient mechanical aptitude and general knowledge of electrical systems.
• Must be capable of working a scheduled daylight and on call shifts.
• Must be capable of working in a mill environment.
