We are seeking reliable and experienced Snow Equipment Operators to join our winter operations team. As a Snow Equipment Operator, you will clear snow from client locations including entry roads, parking lots, and designated areas to ensure safe access during winter weather events.

• Operate snowplow trucks, wheel loaders, skid steers, dump trucks, and other snow removal equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow events.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate logs of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
• Previous snow removal experience operating snowplow trucks or heavy equipment for large commercial and industrial properties.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to work in cold and challenging weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
