RSC is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Delivery Driver to join our Youngstown, Ohio team. In this role, you'll safely deliver products to our customers while also supporting warehouse operations when needed.

- Safely operate a non-CDL commercial vehicle for customer deliveries
- Deliver products and materials accurately and on time
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Load and unload products while ensuring cargo is properly secured
- Maintain accurate delivery, inspection, and work records
- Communicate with customers, dispatchers, and team members
- Assist with warehouse responsibilities, including receiving, picking, staging, and shipping
- Follow all company safety policies and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- At least 1 year of verifiable driving experience
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Dependable, safety-minded, and customer-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays when necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
