The Offshore
Wireline Deep Water coordinator located in Lafayette, La is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The WL Field Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Execute service delivery to the customer at the wellsite/drilling rigs and production platforms.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.
• Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 10 years’ experience in deep water wireline operations.
• Expert in both open hole and cased hole logging.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Gulf of America experience is a differentiator.
• Must be willing to work on a 28/14 schedule.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

This is not an offshore only position, when not offshore, you will be required to be in the base.
