The
** Offshore*
* ** Wireline Deep Water coordinator located in Lafayette, La
** is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WL Field Engineer identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.
* Execute service delivery to the customer at the wellsite/drilling rigs and production platforms.
* Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
* Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
* Assist the Design/Technical Engineer with implementing technical programs and bids.
* Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
* Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
* Lead Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
* Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
* Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
* Maintain the required safety training.
* Provide backup to the Job Delivery Lead and PSD Managers in their absence.
** Qualifications and Experience
*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
* 10 years’ experience in deep water wireline operations.
* Expert in both open hole and cased hole logging.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Gulf of America experience is a differentiator.
* Must be willing to work on a 28/14 schedule.
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
** This is not an offshore only position, when not offshore, you will be required to be in the base.
