Pay Rate: $18.00+ per hour (depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday | 5 AM - 5 PM (Must be flexible to work some weekends)

• Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of CNC lathe or mill experience.
• Confidence in reading prints and hitting tight tolerances.

• Perform the setup and operation of CNC machinery.
• Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of operations.
• Measure, mark, and indicate dimensions and reference points on the part or material as guides for machining.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders.
• Calculate and set machine controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, depth, and angle of cut.
• Start machine operation, observe, and adjust to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
• Verify conformance of finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Confer with production personnel, supervisors, and others to resolve machining or assembly issues.
• Perform daily maintenance duties and report equipment-related issues requiring attention.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform dimensional inspections on in-process parts.
