Overview
As a Domino's Pizza Assistant Manager, your success is vital to our business. You will learn to lead a Team and receive training in the fundamentals of product quality, sanitation, interviewing, and hiring. In a fast-paced environment, you will learn the skills to "Handle the Rush" and develop leadership abilities to support the Team.
Responsibilities- Lead a Team and support day-to-day operations.
- Learn the fundamentals of product quality and sanitation.
- Develop leadership skills to guide the Team and manage fast-paced service.
- Participate in interviewing and hiring processes as directed.
- Follow training to ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass RPM Freshman class.
- Strong communication and verbal skills.
- Outgoing with a positive, upbeat attitude.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Food Safety Certified as required by area.
- Apply at or speak with your RPM Supervisor.
