Responsibilities- Maintain MISTRAS Ultra High-Pressure Units both on land and offshore to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Keeping up maintenance records on MISTRAS equipment.
- Maintaining an inventory of needed parts to ensure equipment continues to run smoothly.
- Order or request parts as needed.
- Operate and monitor ultra-high pressure (UHP) pumping systems safely and efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on pumps, hoses, and valves.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical pump issues.
- Conduct pre-operation safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety industry standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Assist with installation, relocation, and commissioning of UHP equipment.
- Support and mentor technicians on safe operation and maintenance procedures.
- Perform other duties and assistance as required.
- Stay current with manufacturer updates, new technologies, and industry best practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 plus years of hands‑on experience with UHPs, high‑pressure pumps, hydraulic systems and equipment.
- Advanced mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, communication, and reporting.
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety procedures, operation manuals, guidelines, and PPE requirements.
- Strong attention to details and reliability.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s license; TWIC Card preferred.
- Offshore certifications preferred.
- Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
