We have been in business for over 25 years, building a reputation for honesty and trustworthiness with an A+ BBB rating. We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and highly organized "boss"... aka:
Call-by-Call Manager, to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring exceptional service delivery for every customer call (phone and field service calls). It is key to enhancing operations, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency.
