We are looking for a trustworthy, reliable and highly organized Installation Coordinator/Customer Service Representative service to join our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm installation appointments.
  • Serve as the primary communication link among all parties involved.
  • Update and maintain the installation calendar.
  • Prepare necessary installation documents and instructions.
  • Address and resolve any scheduling issues or conflicts.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a coordination role or related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Comfort with technology, including scheduling software and office applications.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and tight deadlines with composure.
