Tuffy Tire is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Ypsilanti, MI area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

• Assistant Manager
  :
  Support the Store Manager to ensure the location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Enforce policies, procedures and standards; schedule mechanics/technicians; manage outside orders; ensure quality and timely completion of jobs; meet customer expectations; and uphold team safety.
• Service Manager
  :
  Assist customers with tire selections and under-car repair recommendations. Direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; stage vehicle repair/maintenance work; drive sales initiatives; communicate with customers to assess needs and provide information on repairs and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction and store experience.

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales (1 year) and/or automotive repairs/maintenance (1 year) or any combination demonstrating ability to perform the duties of the position.
