Bright Star Care of Brighton / Ann Arbor is looking for an individual who has experience with working with others who need help with Activities of Daily Living.

We are currently looking for caregivers to work Full‑time/part‑time hours with the potential to increase to full time.

• Competitive pay starting at $15 - $17 per hour and up depending on experience

• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers
• Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments, and pharmacy visits
• Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and document observed changes to the Director of Nursing

• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
• Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
• Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
