- Pay Scale $34 / Hour + bonus opportunities
- Performs assessments, evaluations, and establishes a plan and goals for massage therapy.
- Performs massage therapy treatments as prescribed by the Attending Physician and the Suncrest Hospice team.
- Instructs patients, family and staff in the use of massage therapy.
- Reports on client's response to treatment or any changes in condition.
- Documents services delivered using electronic methods on day of service.
- Attends team conferences upon request.
- Participates in Performance Improvement activities, as requested.
- Currently licensed to practice as a massage therapist in the state of practice.
- One year of massage therapy experience preferred.
- Proof of professional liability insurance.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required vehicle insurance.
