. We are committed to helping individuals overcome life’s challenges by offering supported housing and essential services to marginalized adult populations. We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor locations
.

• Competitive Pay
  :
  Starting at $15.05/hour
  , with an increase to $15.55/hour after completing training.
• $500 Sign-On Bonus
  :
  • $250 after completing 30 days or 120 hours of employment.
  • An additional $250 after completing all necessary training and meeting staffing ratio requirements.

• Full-time and part-time positions available for second and third shifts
  .

• Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting
  .
• Assist with meal preparation
  , serving, and dining support.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

• High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
• Valid Driver’s License or State .
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
  .
