Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our
Ypsilanti location
.

• Competitive Pay
  :
  Starting at$17.08/hour
  , with an increase to$17.43/hour after completing training.
• $500 Sign-On Bonus
  :
  • $250 after completing
    30 days or 120 hours of employment.
  • An additional$250 after completing all necessary training and meeting staffing ratio requirements.

• Full-time and part-time positions available for
  second and third shifts
  .

• Provide care and support to individuals with
  mental illness in a large
  group home setting (15 Bed).
• Assist with
  meal preparation
  , serving, and dining support.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

• High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
• Valid Driver’s License or State .
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
  .
