Activities Aide

Kingsley Senior Living Facility is hiring an Activities Aide. The activities aide will be responsible for planning purposeful and fun activities for our residents.

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs, encouraging and motivating residents.
• Emphasize independence and maximize ability so that residents attain or maintain their highest level of functioning.
• Complete weekly documentation of resident progress to the supervisor regarding attendance, behavior, and level of involvement.
• Assist with Range of Motion and therapeutic exercises to restore mobility.

• Able to lift 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of basic computer operations.
• A positive attitude and capacity to work as a team.
• Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Ability to arrive on time for every shift.
• Every other weekend is required.
