As a Banquet Set-up Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. As the backbone of our event operations, you'll ensure each banquet is flawlessly set up and seamlessly cleaned up, all while delivering top‑note service with a smile. • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional guest service with warmth and enthusiasm, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing guest needs promptly.
• Attention to Detail: Maintain cleanliness and organization in banquet areas, ensuring all equipment is stored properly and banquet rooms are secured after events.
• Communication: Present menus, answer guest inquiries, and take food and beverage orders with clarity and professionalism.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet the demands of the work schedule.
• Safety Awareness: Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any unsafe conditions and ensuring proper use of equipment.

• Three to six months of related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional situations and respond promptly to guest needs.
• Ability to meet work schedule demands, including occasional work outside of regular hours based on business needs.
