Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in orderly and sanitary condition.

Fixed hourly pay rate: $15.00.

Schedule:

Part‑time, based on business needs; details to be discussed during interview. No experience required; willingness to train.

• Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyors to a dishwashing machine, ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Washes pots, pans, and trays according to assigned procedures, guaranteeing sanitation.
• Polishes silverware using burnishing machines, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths, following equipment procedures and ensuring sanitation.
• Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures.
• Maintains temperature and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards.
• Keeps the dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food preparation surfaces.
• Removes trash and places it in designated containers, steaming or rinsing garbage cans as needed.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Assists in loading and unloading supplies and products.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
