A Banquet Server is responsible for the set up and service of all assigned banquet functions.

Responsibilities

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, with scheduling that varies according to hotel needs.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag (per brand standards).
  • Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to ensure safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Meet certification requirements applicable to the position, such as Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers, and Safety certifications.
  • Perform preparatory tasks and side work to ensure prompt and efficient guest service.
  • Read and understand the Banquet Event Order and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function.
  • Other duties as required.
