Chartwells Higher Ed at Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI is hiring a Catering Captain on-site with a seasonal schedule. The role coordinates catering staff, prepares and serves food at scheduled functions, and may drive a truck to deliver items, under the Catering Director's supervision.
Prior catering/banquet experience is preferred; food service experience is required. Valid driver's license and appropriate permits may be needed by state law.
