Job Summary

Hospitals on Incredible Health are actively hiring in Ypsilanti, MI for the Registered Nurse – Mother Baby position. Nurses with experience in c‑sections, delivery, fetal NST, midwifery, nursery care, or on‑call availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

Available shifts: day, night, and mid.

Employment type

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ year experience in mother‑baby, postpartum, or labor and delivery setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal skills focused on empathetic, patient‑ and family‑centered care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers and newborns during the postpartum period, monitoring for complications.
• Administer medications as prescribed and perform routine assessments of maternal and newborn vital signs.
• Offer emotional support and education on infant care, breastfeeding, and self‑care, empowering mothers.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other providers for coordinated care.
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes per hospital policies.
