• Prepares high‑quality food items according to standardized recipes to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains accurate records.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen, refrigerators, storerooms, and equipment; follows safe food‑handling procedures.
• Assists with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving of food and supplies.
• Reports maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
• Attends in‑service and safety meetings; complies with all safety and food‑service standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Ensures proper portion control and HACCP standards are followed.
• Maintains a personal commitment to safety for self and coworkers.

• Previous cook experience preferred.
• Ability to work full time and part time schedules; shifts vary based on business needs.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to food‑service safety and quality.

• Fixed pay rate of $17.00 per hour.
