Bilingual People Manager

Job Overview

The Bilingual People Manager leads staffing, onboarding, and retention initiatives at Vann Companies owned McDonald’s restaurants. This role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to execute people strategies aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and values.

• Lead and coordinate implementation of staffing and onboarding plans through recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientating, training, and retaining talent.
• Build strong relationships with staff and management to assure people strategies and initiatives are being executed efficiently.
• Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors that support the company’s vision, mission and values.
• Ensure the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
• Ensure crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working there.

• Must be 18 years or older.
