Merchandise and Stocking Associate

Sam’s Club is seeking a dedicated Merchandise and Stocking Associate to keep our shelves stocked and members satisfied.

$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr

• Work on your feet in a fast‑paced environment.
• Move inventory in the backroom, unload trucks, and fulfill club pick‑up orders.
• Stock shelves, maintain a clean, neat, member‑ready area, and keep promotional displays prominent.
• Assist members by acknowledging them, identifying needs, providing guidance, and resolving issues.
• Maintain safety by conducting sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Promptly unload trucks, assist fellow associates, and engage with vendors and drivers.
• Monitor food and merchandise quality, ensuring proper rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with managers and co‑workers to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and recommend improvement opportunities.
