The freezer, cooler, and deli stocker role supports fresh food operations, shelf stocking, quality and sanitation, and customer service on the front lines. You will help maintain temperature-controlled environments and assist members with locating products and making purchasing decisions.

• Maintain safety and sanitation by following safety standards and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain the Sales Floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area by handling claims and returns, stocking merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and completing required documentation.
• Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchases, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
• Follow policies related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling, equipment sanitation, cold chain procedures, and reporting issues to management.

• Ensure high-quality products are available and properly stored for members.
• Keep shelves clean, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser-quality products.
• Pack ready-to-sell products in proper containers and stock displays; maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready area.
• Support adherence to company policies and procedures for temperature-controlled areas and equipment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
