• Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach.
• Accurately and efficiently manage cash register transactions.
• Be an Ollie’s store and inventory expert; know weekly deals and value to customers.
• Assist with freight logistics and learn merchandise application.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising.
• Run registers, merchandising, and store maintenance.

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Happy to train new Associates without 6 months prior retail experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays regularly.
• Positive attitude, team player who delights and serves customers.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull up to 35 pounds.
