McKinley is looking for an entry-level Maintenance Technician I to join our team at one of our communities located in Ann Arbor or Ypsilanti, MI
. Compensation: $19-21/hour plus on call bonuses
.

• Diagnose problems and make repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, drywall, appliance maintenance, carpet cleaning and exterior structure maintenance.
• Ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company standards and applicable laws.
• Keeping our apartment community in a clean and orderly condition.

• Experience working in maintenance, groundskeeping, or other trades.
• Skills in one or more technical areas desirable including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, and drywall.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred but not required.
• Previous residential maintenance experience desired.
• On-call duty, including weekends and holidays required.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
