Are you a compassionate, reliable Support Worker looking for flexible overnight agency work with a trusted care provider? Completely Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team, providing sleep-in and waking night support to adults with a variety of care needs in Ystrad Mynach.

• Provide high-quality person-centred care and emotional support during sleep-in and waking night shifts
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks as needed overnight
• Promote independence, safety, and dignity throughout the night
• Monitor and respond to service users’ needs while ensuring a calm and supportive environment
• Accurately record and report overnight care and any incidents

• All Wales Manual Handling Passport – Essential
• Minimum 6 months UK-based care/support experience
• Caring, patient, and professional attitude
• Reliability and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently overnight and as part of a wider team
• Flexibility to cover sleep-in and waking night shifts
