Homeowner Service Manager

As a critical company representative, you will work directly with our homeowners to ensure all service requests are handled promptly and professionally. You will evaluate situations, complete minor repairs, and schedule work with trade partners and vendors.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of related experience and/or training.
• Computer proficiency or the capacity to learn our scheduling tools efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Travel: 20%
