Flexibility, initiative, and asolutions-oriented approach

Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse learners

High school diploma required; associates degreeor higher preferred

Prior experience in education, childcare, oryouth programs is a plus

Experience supporting special education or differentiated instruction

A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continuous learning

Comfort using classroom technology and digital tools

Competitive pay: $22-$24/hr and weekly pay
