E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a Journeyman High Band System Support (MID) to join our team in Beale AFB, CA in support of the US Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (DCGS) Signals Intelligence Field Support (DSFS). US AF DCGS DSFS collects, processes, and analyses intelligence information from airborne, ground, and other systems.

• Manage/support HBS software and processes
• Provide system administration for GCP software (CETS, MSCS, RIM, SEAM, and SDE)
• Maintain all HBS software to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites and systems
• Provide HBS technical and engineering software support
• Perform system administration support to the PCPAD process
• Provide comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for HBS SW/systems associated with ground components
• Support SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the system/sensors and associated SIGINT End-to-End network paths
• Provide sustainment support during system upgrades
• Provide HBS process and data link improvements/recommendations
• Support data encryption changes and implementation
• Support SIGINT post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs. Provide OJT to AFP and identify sustainment support improvements that reduce logistics footprint
• Support SRM or MT for HBS readiness, system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link
• Support HBS pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.)
• Provide HBS real-time assistance/support to the SRM or MT, maintainers, operators and users
• Collect HBS information for the mission debrief
• Evaluate HBS anomalies such as maintenance actions and Incident tickets
• Submit HBS Incident tickets and performs maintenance actions as required
• Provide HBS information for mission debrief to SRM or MT

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in a Technical Field with seven (7) or more years of DCGS experience.
• Must possess a current DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAM Level I security certification.
• Must possess a current DoD 8570.1 (IASAE Level I)
• Must possess 5+ years of Cyber Security Engineering experience
• Must possess 2+ years of ELINT experience
• Must possess 1+ years of either SIGINT or AF DCGS experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have and be able of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the appropriate level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DoD 8570.1 IASAE Level II certification.
