• Operate small to mid‑sized mobile equipment including skid steers, backhoes, water trucks, and man lifts.
• Conduct safety inspections and complete equipment checklists prior to use.
• Follow all company safety procedures and participate in site safety protocols.
• Maintain organized documentation and coordinate with site teams on work planning.
• Perform general site support including cleanup and material handling when needed.

• At least 1‑2 years of experience operating construction or heavy equipment (preferred).
• Familiarity with job site safety practices and confined space awareness.
• Ability to read basic measuring tools and follow work instructions.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather and dusty conditions.
• Consistent availability to work day shift.
