We are seeking ambitious and energetic Commercial Service Technicians that enjoy working independently outdoors to service and protect commercial businesses and their surroundings. The Pest Control industry is a maintenance program to ensure customers avoid reoccurring pest activity.

• Controlling pests and weeds on‑site in a variety of commercial accounts.
• Physically inspecting structures to determine presence of pests, severity of infestations, and structural damage.
• Interfacing directly with business owners, managers, and appointed personnel regarding work to be accomplished.
• Creating diagrams and graphs indicating type, degree and location of infestations.
• Coordinating activities with department secretaries and other branch personnel.
• Determining costs, estimating crew time and scheduling work.
• Receiving and properly accounting for company funds collected during activities.
• Submitting all paperwork and collections daily.
• Performing other administrative tasks per supervisor’s direction, including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling reports, and calling customers regarding callbacks or service stops.
• Maintaining company issued equipment and vehicle in a clean and safe condition at all times.

• Annual earnings of $65,000‑$90,000.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route‑based assignments

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Willing and able to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, lift and carry for extended periods of time (within crawl spaces, attics and basements)
• Climb ladders and work at heights, including attics
