• Become an ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses, representing our innovative automation and smart security products.
• Use your communication and creative skills to demonstrate the value of our solutions to customers, explaining products and services in depth and recommending the right solutions.
• Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Build relationships, exhibit empathy and turn curious consumers into loyal customers.

• A self‑motivated, tech‑savvy individual driven to succeed.
• Strong business insight and general knowledge of key small‑business industries, technology trends and business challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly to customer needs.
• Ability to prioritize time and work flexible hours to accommodate customers.

• Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers exceed $150k). Training wage up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks.
