• Our Sales Consultants will learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow a proven sales process that leads to a six-figure income.
• Work weekends and some holidays as needed.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and shop the area competition.

• One to two years of new home sales experience.
• Ability to provide the highest level of customer service, including exceptional communication skills both one-on-one and in front of large groups.
• Valid driver's license.
• Real Estate License is required.

An estimated annual compensation of $155,000 - $175,000 (base salary of $40K/year plus commission and incentives) and extensive benefits—including medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan.
