Location: Onsite:
Yuba City, CA.
Location Status: Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Frequent travel to and work from other Race offices or other off‑site locations will be required.

Comp: Salary + Bonus Incentive Potential | Hourly rate $18‑19/hr. | Total anticipated yearly compensation between $36,000 – $75,000

What We Offer- $19/hr (Guaranteed) + uncapped commissions (Total anticipated yearly compensation: $70,000 – $85,000+).

- Identify customer needs and close sales.
- Build relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- High school diploma/GED.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
