A Privately owned, Cosmetic and Surgical Dental Practice is searching for an experienced Patient Care Coordinator. Must be passionate about dentistry and taking care of our patients, take pride in our dental practice and the quality of the dental care represented here. Also needs to be friendly with patients, have a good sense of humor and be compassionate. This person needs to be organized, have good communication skills, be computer savvy and be good at problem solving.

Experience with dental treatment planning and presentation is required along with researching and billing of dental insurance and patient accounts. Knowledge of dental software is a must, and the candidate needs to be willing to be helpful in the back office when needed. This position is Monday through Thursday (26-36 hours per week). Pay is negotiable and based on experience level and expertise.

• Prefer Front office dental experience
• Dentrix knowledge is a plus
• Insurance verification and billing experience is a plus
• HIPAA knowledge
• Dental Radiology Certificate is a plus

$21 to $26 or based on experience

M 8-5, T/W 7-3, Th 8-4 (30-32 hours per week)
