Associate Team Leader — a role supporting a single retail office during tax season with responsibilities to exceed client expectations and provide daily operations direction. The position starts with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall to ramp up for the busy tax season and transitions to a full-time schedule from January through April.
Responsibilities- Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader by serving as the onsite point of contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring quality and consistent execution.
- Execute and hold all tax office associates accountable to the client service experience, escalating as necessary to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager.
- Serve as the onsite contact for escalated client service concerns.
- Ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved, with escalation as needed.
- Lead the office from the front desk, provide phone coverage, and engage with clients to deliver an outstanding experience.
- Lead daily activities to ensure scheduling and completion of tasks according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards and priorities.
- Lead daily huddles and communicate essential information to office associates.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficiency with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work a 40-hour week with schedule adjustments based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent (or higher).

Pay RangeThe pay range for this position is $11.00 - $29.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions are based on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefit programs as described in plan documents.
