Licensed Clinical Social Worker; LCSW

In your role as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will report to the Clinic Manager. Your responsibilities will include working with patients in order to help them deal with issues involving mental and emotional health. This is not a remote position.

DUTIES
• Provide individual or group therapy for clients of the Morongo Basin Healthcare District

• Work closely with mental health medication management providers

• Consultation as needed in person or by telephone with nursing/medical staff and other staff involved in patient care

• Perform clinical evaluations as needed

• Appropriately document all interactions with patients in the electronic medical record in a timely manner

• Collaborate as needed with other community agencies with which patients and families are involved

• Provide educational resources as needed for patients

• Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program
requirements, and safety standards

• Perform random chart reviews for quality of care and training issues

• Identify needs in program planning and facilities program development. Communicate these needs to management

• Provide input for the evaluation of clinical work performance and quality of charting for trainees

• Establish and achieve annual objectives consistent with the organization, strategic plan, mission, values, and goals
of Morongo Basin Healthcare District

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Master's Degree

• California Licensed Clinical Social Worker

• Min of 2 year of experience in a clinical setting

• Supervisory experience
