• Follow client care plans
• Assist with all activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned
• Perform personal care, including transfer assistance
• Provide companion care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Transport clients when needed
• Maintain open communication with seniors, their families, and staff
