Visit NP​/PA: Primary & Palliative Care; OK

Ennoble Care seeks an experienced Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and palliative care to homebound patients in Yukon/Mustang, OK on a part-time basis. You will work under a physician, managing chronic conditions across a diverse patient panel.

Requirements include Oklahoma NP/PA certification, strong clinical skills, and 1–2 years of primary care with geriatrics. Flexible schedule, supportive team, and opportunities for growth are offered.
