** is seeking an Automotive Business Development Coordinator (BDC) to assist the sales staff establish customer appointments.

Are you a people person who enjoys communicating with customers, building relationships, and helping others? We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our dealership's Business Development Center. As an Automotive Business Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, following up with prospective customers, scheduling dealership appointments, and helping our sales team create an exceptional customer experience.

Automotive experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in customer service, call centers, retail sales, hospitality, appointment scheduling, and administrative support.
* Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, internet leads, emails, and text messages.
* Contact prospective customers to answer questions and schedule dealership appointments.
* Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle.
* Maintain accurate customer information and communication records in the dealership's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Confirm scheduled appointments and follow up with customers to encourage attendance.
* Work closely with sales managers and sales consultants to provide a seamless customer experience.
* Meet established goals for customer contacts, appointments scheduled, and appointments shown.
* Deliver friendly, professional, and consistent customer service.## Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Friendly, positive, and professional telephone manner.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating through text and email.
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
* Previous experience in customer service, call centers, appointment setting, or sales preferred.
* Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
