Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join the RAM Pest Office Staff team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments for pest control services, and maintaining accurate records of customer information. Additionally, the office staff will assist in coordinating technician schedules and providing administrative support to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Schedule pest control service appointments and provide customers with necessary information
• Maintain accurate records of customer details and service history
• Coordinate and schedule technician appointments based on customer needs and location
• Provide administrative support to the management team as required
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized office environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
