The Business Development Strategist will design, develop, and collaborate on the business development initiatives that align with the goals of Yuma Regional Medical Center. Supports the development of comprehensive business development project briefs with moderate to high visibility in collaboration with key stakeholders. The strategist works with business development team member(s) to ensure the alignment and execution of high quality business development strategies within defined timeframe while building relationships and facilitating communications regarding business development efforts with key stakeholders and administrative leaders.

• The Business Development Strategist designs, develops, and collaborates on the implementation of business development strategies and initiative.
• Supports the development of comprehensive business development project briefs with moderate to high visibility in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Guides the development of business development plans, audience segmentation strategies, and email marketing programs.
• Supports and collaborates with the project team to maximize the impact of all business development-related initiatives by maintaining organized reports and dashboards which track the state and threshold of each project.
• Works closely with the other teams to review and analyze organizational data and external data to maximize business development effort while focusing on actionable insights to help achieve organizational goals.
• Guides the development of the strategic business development plans in collaboration with other internal/external partners. Provides frequent updates on the latest progress and new opportunities to business development and/or project teams.
• Maintains and coordinates initiative budget, drafted contracts and budget, actively tracking and monitoring initiative budget.
• Builds relationships and facilitates communications regarding business development efforts with key stakeholders and administrative leaders. The strategist works with business development team member(s) to ensure the alignment and execution of high‑quality business development strategies within defined timeframe.

• Education Required: Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
