Position HighlightsLimited Term Adjunct Lecturer to teach traditional courses in the Agricultural Education, Technology & Innovation (AETI) program. This is a 6‑month, part‑time (< 0.49 FTE) appointment (non‑tenure eligible). The role is central to AETI’s teaching mission and involves teaching courses during the Spring 2026 semester within the state of Arizona.
Duties & Responsibilities- Teach AGTM 375 – Legal Issues in Agriculture, a 3‑credit lecture class, in‑person in the Spring 2026 term.
- Course topics include legal issues affecting agriculture, including water, legislation, immigration, business entities and real estate.
- Knowledge of the basic principles of Agricultural Education.
- Skills in Project Management and Leadership.
- Ability to communicate effectively and to solve problems creatively while multi‑tasking.
- Master’s Degree or higher in Agricultural Sciences or a closely related field or a Juris Doctor (JD) with relevant expertise in agricultural law, policy, or compliance.
